Procure Plus has announced another period of continued growth, driven in part by investment in decarbonisation and building safety works.
The organisation says it delivered more than £113m of projects in the first half of 2022/23. What’s more, it says it is on track to deliver one of its strongest performances to date.
Matt Jarratt, assistant director of operations, said: “Procure Plus exists to ensure housing associations can achieve the best value for money without compromising on quality or having to take unnecessary risks.
“It’s great to see more and more landlords working with us on all elements of procurement and benefiting from this ethos.
“In increasingly challenging times, many housing providers are telling us that taking control of their specification of materials and labour is ensuring that they can procure products and services with an optimum life cycle to ensure quality is the most important factor.”
