OSCO Homes, an established and successful off-site developer and contractor, has announced that it will transition to new ownership after being acquired by Goscombe Group.
OSCO Homes, which was part of Procure Plus Holdings, was established in 2015 as a not-for-profit, off-site builder aiming to tackle the urgent need for high-quality affordable housing. As part of the PPH Group, all surpluses from the business are used to train and develop people who find themselves at a disadvantage in the employment market.
Goscombe is one of the UK’s most innovative housing companies, and like PPH, it also redistributes its profits to provide local people with life-changing opportunities and support to gain meaningful work and strengthen local communities.
The acquisition by Goscombe follows a successful partnership between the two companies and is a further step in enabling Goscombe to bring together all of the elements of the construction process, from land acquisition to construction, whilst emphasising social impact.
