Labour and materials inflation within Procure Plus frameworks have stabilised at 0.5% and 0.9% respectively – significantly below open-market rates. This reflects our commitment to delivering exceptional value and mitigating risk for the sector.

Decent Homes work surged by 29% in the first half of the year, reflecting landlords’ focus on maintaining quality and meeting tenant needs. However, retrofit and building safety projects have slightly slowed due to administrative hurdles, including complex eligibility requirements and gateway approval processes.
We have worked closely with providers to adapt strategies to these shifting demands, ensuring they stay ahead of market changes while prioritising cost control and transparency.
