Our Clients have been delivering retrofit at scale over the last two years utilising multiple funding streams and we thought this would be the perfect opportunity to get together and share in the lessons learned from this activity as we start to accelerate the pace of these works.

The session will consist of a procurement workshop discussing what has been learned in engaging with the market, the timing of call offs and the structure and content of the competitions. This will be presented by Kevin Clarke (Account Delivery Manager at Procure Plus) and will summarise the areas that affect the tender returns and success of retrofit procurements.

We will then move on to a panel session of clients who will discuss some of the challenges they have encountered in the deliverability of their schemes and how they are addressing them in future projects.
