Representing the organisation in a professional manner, reflective of the business culture you will promote support and manage the effectiveness of new and existing Procure Plus Framework offers. Ensuring clients receive test value solutions building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients to increase both turnover and social value.

Key accountability

This role includes specific focus on Project Management, challenging inefficiencies, sharing best practice and implementing change in order to improve service quality and maintain focus on continual improvement.

You will bring your technical construction knowledge and experience to the role and apply as necessary to meet the needs of the business. Taking the initiative in establishing clear understanding of the customer’s needs and working collaboratively with all stakeholders. Supporting and influencing as necessary to achieve successful project outcomes.

Regularly reviewing timescales documentation and information for mini competitions, ensuring it is realistic, complete, and complies with current legislation and protocols. Monitoring live

frameworks recording lessons learned and logging items for improvement at framework renewal.

Managing and delivering projects as required by the business to meet the outputs required within the agreed timescale and to a high quality.

Setting and implementing delivery targets with colleagues and senior team members to meet the day-to-day operational needs of the business. You will identify business risk and take action to resolve or mitigate this and escalate issues to your line manager where required.

Ensuring objectives set by your Manager are met to a high standard within the given time frame and undertaking other related duties as required by your line manager and the Leadership Team.
