Founded in 2007 in the Northwest of England, our reputation for unrivalled support, delivering high quality service at low cost invites us to expand geographically. Over £200m of goods and services related to the construction, repair and maintenance of social housing will be procured through us this year. Much of our growth is related to our expertise in carbon reduction projects.
Our clients utilise our compliant frameworks, giving them a route to market that adheres to all relevant laws and regulations.
But where we really stand out, is in our ability to harness the power of the data held on our systems to actively manage the supply chain, combining that knowledge with market insights to deliver value for money on every project, typically saving between 10% and 20% with no diminution of quality.
We also leverage our relationships in the construction industry to support unemployed people into sustainable employment and expand our efforts through our own charity to further our impact and reach.
Our modern offices are based in Old Trafford with a team of around 75 people, largely working on a hybrid basis.
